Has my order shipped yet? I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation email.
Search your inbox, spam folder, and promotions tab (Gmail users) for emails from [email protected]. We send an order confirmation email immediately after receiving your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking code(s) when your order ships. If our emails are in your spam folder, please mark them as “not spam” so the filters learn they are safe.
My package hasn’t moved in a while. When I track it there are no updates from USPS.
Weather, package volume, general bottlenecks, or third-party USPS partners can slow deliveries or cause the tracking system to update infrequently. Get more details about this on our FAQ page.
