How the COVID-19 Pandemic Affects Us

Our ability to serve our customers has been limited because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re still open and shipping orders, but our stock is limited. We’re experiencing much higher than average order volume, and the time it takes to ship orders is longer than usual.

Important Shipping Information

USPS is experiencing bottlenecks and delays nationwide because of the increase in online orders. USPS’ tracking numbers don’t always show that packages have moved until the day they are delivered. We were told this is because USPS relies on other carriers such as DHL to help move some packages from one distribution center to another. It’s common for packages to zigzag all over the United States and seem lost before they finally reach your address. Priority shipping might not arrive within three days like normal, but it’s still faster than First Class. First Class can take as long as 3 weeks to arrive.

We ask for your patience as we get your order delivered as fast as we can.

Please keep our family and the countless others suffering around the world in your prayers, and we’ll do the same.
