Technically does what you need, but not long lasting. Gets old quick having to keep pausing to reapply when you’re busy grinding or having sex and the lube just dries/soaks into your skin. For us it was an okay product and since I got the big bottle we have plenty but I don’t think we’ll purchase again once we’ve used it. Don’t recommend for long sessions or if you struggle with dryness due to having to reapply so frequently, but I will say it didn’t give me or the Mr any bad reactions so that’s a plus.
