My wife and I have had this toy for approximately a year. It is made of a durable stretchy silicone material that squeezes to the size of your penis. Have rinsed it out and washed it after every use and there are only minor signs of wear and tear, nothing major. It is a bit difficult to clean the inside but not impossible. Just a note of caution, this is the most powerful option out of the spinners that Tenga makes (type 1 least sensitive and 6 most sensitive). I would not recommend it if you want to last longer during sex. The pointed textured part at the penis head, and the squeezing/rotation sensation of the silicone material on my shaft, is a lot of sensations at once for you to process. When we do use it, we use slow motions so that I can at least last a bit longer. We usually use it without a condom so I can feel the full sensation of the bricks and textured points.
